Grade‑1 white recycled TPE pellets

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)

TPE is a group of eco‑friendly materials combining high rubber‑like elasticity and easy‑to‑process plastic properties. Core features: outstanding processability, no vulcanization required, rapid molding via standard plastic processes, and 100 % recyclable production trimmings. It offers tunable hand‑feel and performance with a wide hardness range from Shore A 0 to Shore D 70. It delivers good flexibility and weather resistance and maintains elasticity at ‑40 °C. It shows excellent over‑molding bonding strength with rigid plastics such as PP and ABS.

Main Applications

Automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheels, fenders), consumer goods (soft handles, toothbrushes, toys, footwear), medical supplies (seals, pipe fittings, syringe pistons), electrical and electronic products (wires and cables, phone protective cases), construction engineering (waterproof membranes, sealing strips).

Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property indexes.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
